Possible from 2pm to 8pm at reception. If you need to arrive earlier, please contact reception. If you arrive later, we will send you an access code with which you can arrive at any time.

Are available free of charge. Please contact our reception.

You will find the nearest bank in Löbdergraben. If you need more banks, please ask the reception for information.

BLANKETS

Additional woollen blankets or duvets are available on request. Please contact our reception.

BREAKFAST

Enjoy our breakfast buffet on weekdays from 7.00 am to 10.00 am and on weekends and public holidays from 8.00 am to 11.00 am.

There are several car hire companies in Jena - our reception team will be happy to help you book a hire car.

Please contact reception if you would like to have your bed linen and towels changed daily.

Children under 10 years sleep free of charge in their parents' room.

CLEANING

If your room is to be cleaned, please hang the green sign on the outside of the doorbell by 10 am. Your room will not be cleaned if the red sign is missing.

The rooms are cleaned between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm.

CUSHION BEDS for small children

We are happy to provide them for you.

DEPARTURE

We ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am. We will be happy to store your luggage for you at reception. If you would like a late check-out, please discuss this with reception in advance, preferably at check-in.

We are happy to iron your laundry for a fee, which will be returned within six hours. Please contact our reception.

LAUNDRY/CLEANING

Laundry that you hand in at reception before 09.00 a.m. will be returned to you the next evening for a fee. You will find a laundry list and a laundry bag in your wardrobe. Only possible Monday to Friday. For dry cleaning of your laundry, please contact reception.
